Server Components and the client boundary
Knowing what renders on the server, what ships to the browser, and how actions and transitions keep the UI responsive while data loads.
Senior / Staff
React engineers who build accessible, fast interfaces and the component systems behind them — and who know which state belongs on the server, which in the URL, and which in the component.
Role profile
Seniority and experience are agreed in the proposal, and you interview every engineer before they start. These are the skills that interview should test.

Accessible, token-driven components built on Radix primitives and Tailwind, documented well enough that other teams use them without asking.
03
Server data in TanStack Query, UI state kept local, shareable state in the URL — so components re-render only when they should.

How hiring works
01
The stack, the seniority you need, the hours you want covered, and any certifications the work requires. We reply within one business day.
02
A written proposal sets out who we'd put forward, their seniority and experience, the scope, and the terms. If we can't staff the role well, we say so.
03
Nobody starts on your codebase until you've interviewed them and agreed. Use the skills on the role page as your interview checklist.
04
Working-hours overlap is agreed for each engagement and written into the statement of work — the shared window, who shifts hours, and how handoffs work outside it.

Need specific certifications? Tell us at the start and we'll confirm whether we can staff to that requirement before you sign. There are no recruiting fees.
FAQ
Answered the way we would on a call. If yours isn’t here, send it — we reply within one business day.
The start date is agreed in the proposal, after you've interviewed the engineer. Ramp-up depends on your codebase and how quickly access is set up, so we plan the first week with you: environment, a small first ticket, and a reviewer on your side.
App Router experience is one of the things we look for in this role. If your codebase is still on the Pages Router, say so — the proposal states each engineer's experience with both, and the interview is your chance to test it.
Yes. The first job is to learn your tokens, component APIs and review process, not to replace them. Expect questions in week one and pull requests that follow your conventions.
