Start with what a visitor needs to decide.

A useful website answers five questions: what you offer, who it is for, where you serve, how an enquiry works and how to reach a real person. We organise your content around those decisions before choosing page layouts or a content management system. The result is a site your sales team can actually use in a conversation.

Service businesses

Describe each service, the customer problem it solves, the areas you genuinely cover and the details needed for a quotation. Route phone, WhatsApp and form enquiries to the right person.

Manufacturers and B2B suppliers

Make product categories, specifications, downloadable catalogues and request-for-quote forms easy to find. Capture quantity, application and delivery location so sales can respond with useful information.

Retail and growing brands

Choose a catalogue, enquiry-led store or online checkout around how you fulfil orders. Plan product information, shipping rules and payment integration before adding visual polish.

What we can include

We confirm the deliverables for your project before work starts. The scope can cover:

  • Page structure, navigation and content checklist
  • Responsive layouts for phones, tablets and desktops
  • Editable content where your team needs it
  • Phone, WhatsApp and enquiry form integration
  • Page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs and sitemap
  • Form validation, accessibility and launch checks
  • Documented access, source code and handover

From brief to delivery

  1. Agree the brief

Identify your audience, priority services, required pages, existing domain and content owner. We separate launch requirements from later additions and confirm the scope in writing.

  2. Design and build

Review the main page and enquiry journey first. Once the direction is agreed, we build the remaining pages and connect the content and forms.

  3. Check and launch

Test real enquiries, mobile layouts and key browsers. Check redirects if replacing an existing website, then hand over access and agree ongoing maintenance.

Plan the scope. Then the budget.

A brochure website, catalogue and custom customer portal have different scopes. We quote in INR after confirming page count, content responsibilities, integrations and ongoing support. Domain, hosting and third-party fees are listed separately where applicable.

Helpful for our first conversation

  • Your services, service areas and primary contact
  • Approved logo, photographs and business details
  • Existing domain, hosting and website access if available
  • Examples of the enquiries you want to receive

You do not need a finished specification. Bring what you have, and we can identify the missing decisions together.

Questions before you start

How much does website development cost in India?

The cost depends on the number of page templates, content work, integrations and editing requirements. Share your brief and we will provide a written INR quotation with inclusions, exclusions and any recurring costs. We do not advertise a fixed price that leaves essential work out.

Will the website work on mobile phones?

Yes. Responsive mobile layouts, readable text, accessible controls and a usable enquiry journey are part of the website scope. We also review image sizes and loading behaviour before launch.

Is SEO included in a website project?

We include the technical foundations agreed in the proposal, such as crawlable pages, titles, descriptions, a sitemap and redirects for replaced pages. Ongoing keyword research, publishing and organic performance reviews can be scoped through our marketing service. Rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Can you improve our existing website?

Yes. We first review the current platform, content, page URLs and enquiry process. If improvements are practical, we can scope a focused update. If a rebuild is needed, we plan URL redirects and content migration to protect useful existing pages.

Who owns the website and accounts?

Ownership and access are documented in the proposal. We plan the handover of project source code and client-owned domain, hosting and content accounts, with any third-party licence restrictions identified in advance.
