Customer booking and service apps
Plan availability, booking changes, notifications and support together. The business needs an admin view to manage exceptions as much as the customer needs a clear booking screen.
Build a mobile application around a task people need to do again: place an order, book a service, track work or manage an account. We help Indian businesses define that task and deliver the app, backend and operating tools it needs.

For Indian SMEs. Scoped proposals in INR.
+91 82679 94323An app makes sense when repeat usage, notifications, device features or offline work matter. For a customer who only needs to discover your business and enquire once, a good mobile website may be the better starting point. We discuss that choice before committing you to two app stores and an ongoing release process.
Plan availability, booking changes, notifications and support together. The business needs an admin view to manage exceptions as much as the customer needs a clear booking screen.
Build product discovery, saved addresses and order history around your fulfilment process. Decide how payments, failed transactions, cancellations and refunds will be handled before launch.
Give staff a focused way to record visits, upload evidence or update a job. Define low-connectivity behaviour, permissions and synchronisation rules so the app remains useful outside the office.
We confirm the deliverables for your project before work starts. The scope can cover:
Agree the users, the task, the information they need and the simplest complete first release. Map the admin work and failure cases alongside the customer screens.
Review working versions on devices as the app develops. Test integrations with sandbox accounts and keep the release scope visible so late additions can be costed deliberately.
Check permissions, error handling, privacy disclosures and store assets. Submit using your business accounts and agree how crash reports, platform changes and future releases will be handled.
Screens alone do not determine app cost. User roles, backend workflows, offline requirements, integrations and release support matter. We agree an INR estimate and milestones after discovery. Store account fees and external services are identified separately.
You do not need a finished specification. Bring what you have, and we can identify the missing decisions together.
Yes. We can scope both platforms or begin with the one your audience needs most. The choice of a shared codebase or platform-specific development depends on device features, performance requirements and long-term maintenance.
Often, yes. We need to review the existing APIs, permissions and data ownership first. If your current system has no supported API, we will explain the integration options and limitations before agreeing the scope.
We can integrate a supported payment provider selected for your business. The provider handles merchant onboarding and payment processing; approval, fees and settlement terms remain subject to its requirements. We test success, failure and duplicate-payment handling within the agreed scope.
The schedule follows the agreed first-release scope, available content and integration readiness. We provide milestones after discovery rather than promising a universal launch date. App store review times are outside our control.
We agree the support period and maintenance responsibilities in writing. Ongoing work can include operating-system compatibility, dependency updates, defect fixes and new releases. New features are scoped separately so you can control the roadmap.
